Susdev Group, under the leadership of Chairwoman Pham Ngoc Anh Thi (Phuong Thanh Hai), has officially announced a strategic cooperation with Merevillé Group to jointly develop the Merevillé Ha Long Luxury Spa & Hotel, a new five-star hospitality landmark in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.

The upcoming project will be located along Tran Quoc Nghien coastal boulevard, one of the most prestigious waterfront routes in Ha Long, offering panoramic views of Ha Long Bay and convenient access to the city’s key tourism, commercial, and transportation hubs. The development aims to set a new benchmark for luxury hospitality in Northern Vietnam by combining world-class accommodation, premium spa and wellness facilities, and high-end resort services designed for international and domestic travelers.

According to the cooperation agreement, Susdev Group will take a leading role in the project’s architectural, design, and development coordination, while Merevillé Group will collaborate in investment, branding, and international hospitality management strategy. Both parties emphasized that the project reflects their shared vision of creating iconic, sustainable, and internationally competitive destinations within Vietnam’s rapidly growing tourism sector.

Construction and project implementation are expected to commence in late 2026, following the completion of planning approvals and technical preparations. Upon completion, the Merevillé Ha Long Luxury Spa & Hotel is expected to become a signature five-star destination that contributes to enhancing Ha Long’s position as a premier global tourism hub.

Speaking about the partnership, Chairwoman Pham Ngoc Anh Thi highlighted that the collaboration represents an important milestone in Susdev Group’s long-term strategy to expand its portfolio of large-scale luxury hospitality developments across Vietnam and the Asia-Pacific region.

The project is anticipated to deliver strong economic value to the region through job creation, tourism growth, and the elevation of international-standard hospitality services in Quang Ninh Province.
