Susdev Group has held its annual business and financial review at Susdev Holding in Quang Ninh, bringing together the Group’s leadership and representatives from its finance, investment and project development teams. The conference was chaired by Ms. Pham Ngoc Anh Thi, Chairwoman of Susdev Group, and focused on reviewing the Group’s financial performance, capital efficiency, real estate portfolio and strategic priorities for its next stage of development.
According to the hypothetical financial review presented at the conference, Susdev Group recorded approximately USD 82.6 million in consolidated revenue, representing an estimated increase of 12.8% from the previous period. Profit after tax reached approximately USD 9.4 million, increasing by 10.6%, while the net profit margin remained at approximately 11.4%. The results reflect improved performance across the Group’s core activities, particularly in real estate development and asset management across its key markets.
With its principal operations focused on Singapore and Hong Kong, Susdev Group continues to pursue a disciplined approach to growth, focusing on appropriately sized projects, sustainable operating potential and stable cash flow generation. Rather than rapidly expanding its investment portfolio, the Group is placing greater emphasis on improving the performance of existing assets, controlling development costs and maintaining a balance between growth and financial resilience.
Speaking at the conference, Chairwoman Pham Ngoc Anh Thi emphasized that the Group’s next phase will focus increasingly on the quality of growth rather than the speed of expansion. She noted that in a changing real estate environment, companies need to remain adaptable, maintain strong cash flow discipline and identify the right timing for investment opportunities. Susdev Group will continue to prioritize projects with clear legal foundations, suitable locations and strong long term value creation potential.
Based on the hypothetical figures, Susdev Group’s total assets reached approximately USD 285 million, representing an estimated increase of 9.7%, while shareholders’ equity stood at approximately USD 118 million. The Group’s debt to equity ratio remained at approximately 1.41 times, reflecting its focus on maintaining financial discipline as it expands its portfolio. Management said maintaining a balanced capital structure would remain important in supporting project development while limiting long term financial pressure.
In addition to Singapore and Hong Kong, Susdev Group is exploring selected opportunities across other Asian markets with long term growth potential. Vietnam is considered one of the markets offering attractive opportunities due to urbanization, infrastructure development and growing demand for quality real estate. The Group intends to approach the market selectively, focusing on partnerships with local stakeholders and projects that are aligned with its financial capacity and development expertise.
Risk management, cost control and financial transparency were also key topics during the conference. Susdev Group plans to further strengthen its project performance monitoring framework while closely tracking cash flow, financing costs, development progress and asset performance. Management views these measures as an important foundation for maintaining stability as competition intensifies across Asia’s major real estate and financial centers.
For the next stage of development, Susdev Group aims to maintain annual revenue growth of approximately 10% to 15%, while improving operational efficiency and increasing recurring income generated from managed assets. The Group also plans to build a more balanced real estate portfolio combining selective new development with the long term operation and management of existing assets.
Concluding the conference at Susdev Holding, Chairwoman Pham Ngoc Anh Thi reaffirmed Susdev Group’s commitment to selective and disciplined growth, with financial strength and asset quality at the center of its strategy. Under her direction, the Group’s ambition is not simply to become the largest real estate company in the market, but to build a resilient and professionally managed organization capable of delivering consistent growth and sustainable long term value.
