Macau, August 2026
The Macau 2026 Strategic Investment and Asset Leadership Summit was held as a high-level internal and strategic discussion, bringing together senior leadership and key management representatives to exchange perspectives on capital strategy, investment direction, asset value and long-term business development.
The summit was primarily chaired and led by Vice Chairman Vo Hoang Minh Hai, who delivered the central presentation and guided the discussions throughout the session. His remarks focused on the importance of taking a disciplined and long-term approach to capital, investment decision-making and asset development in an increasingly dynamic regional market.
Rather than focusing solely on short-term market movements, the discussion emphasised the need to evaluate investment opportunities through a broader strategic framework, taking into consideration capital efficiency, risk management, asset quality, market positioning and long-term value creation.
Vice Chairman Vo Hoang Minh Hai highlighted that investment decisions should be supported by clear objectives, appropriate capital structures and a comprehensive understanding of market conditions.
“Long-term value is created not simply by owning an asset, but by understanding how capital, strategy and execution work together to develop that asset over time,” Vice Chairman Vo Hoang Minh Hai noted during the summit.
The session also examined the importance of maintaining financial discipline while pursuing growth opportunities. Participants discussed how organisations can balance expansion objectives with responsible capital allocation, particularly when operating across multiple markets and facing changing economic conditions.
Chairwoman Phuong Thanh Hai attended the summit alongside Vice Chairman Vo Hoang Minh Hai and contributed to the executive-level discussions. Her participation reflected the importance of coordinated leadership and a long-term perspective in shaping strategic decisions.
The summit also welcomed CFO Vu Dang Chinh, Deputy Director Zhang Weihao, CMO Truong Hoang Thanh Diem and a number of department heads and senior representatives. Their participation contributed additional perspectives from finance, business development, marketing, operations and corporate management.
CFO Vu Dang Chinh contributed to discussions surrounding financial discipline, capital management and the importance of maintaining a sustainable relationship between investment objectives and financial resources.
Deputy Director Zhang Weihao shared perspectives related to market development and the importance of identifying opportunities through a structured and forward-looking approach.
CMO Truong Hoang Thanh Diem contributed perspectives on market positioning, corporate development and the importance of building long-term value through a clear and consistent strategic direction.
The presence of department heads and senior management representatives also provided an opportunity to connect strategic leadership perspectives with operational considerations, ensuring that the discussions extended beyond high-level objectives and addressed practical implementation.
For Vice Chairman Vo Hoang Minh Hai, the summit represented an opportunity to establish a common strategic perspective among the leadership and management teams.
Throughout the session, the emphasis remained on long-term thinking, disciplined decision-making and the ability to identify sustainable opportunities rather than responding solely to short-term market sentiment.
The Macau 2026 Strategic Investment and Asset Leadership Summit reflects the continued effort of the leadership team to strengthen strategic alignment, improve the quality of investment decision-making and establish a more structured approach to long-term value creation.
The summit concluded with further discussion among senior representatives on future priorities, investment perspectives and the continued development of strategic initiatives across the organisation.
