Youth Protection Policy

Zenova Interactive OOO (hereinafter “the Company”) has established and implemented a Youth Protection Policy to safeguard minors from harmful information.

1. Policy for the Healthy Use of Games by Youth

    The Company conducts age verification and identity authentication procedures when providing game services and whenever age verification is required, to ensure services are appropriate for the user’s age rating.
  2. Obtaining Consent from Legal Guardians
    Children under the age of 14 must obtain consent from their legal guardians to use the game. Consent can be granted through authentication via the legal guardian’s mobile phone.
  3. Blocking Inappropriate Language
    To protect youth from harmful language such as profanity and vulgar expressions, the Company operates a filtering system. Users who use inappropriate language are subject to sanctions according to the Company’s policy.
  4. Monitoring for Harmful Information
    The Company conducts monitoring activities to protect youth from harmful information.
  5. Game Time Selection System
    Youth and their legal guardians can manage the playtime of the youth’s game account. The Company provides playtime management features on its website.
  6. Provision of Youth Game Usage Information
    The Company obtains legal guardian consent for youth payment transactions. Payment and game usage details of youth are provided to the legal guardian’s email. Legal guardians can also check their youth’s game usage records on the website.

2. Counseling and Grievance Handling for Harmful Information

The Company has assigned and operates specialized personnel to provide counseling and handle grievances related to harmful information to protect youth.

3. Compliance with Youth Ethics Code

The Company complies with the “Internet Business Ethics Code for Youth Protection” and its “Implementation Guidelines” to promote healthy and proper internet use among youth.
