Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Marine Planning, or Coastal Engineering.
• 7+ years in marina or waterfront development design.
• Familiarity with superyacht docking systems, marine regulations, and environmental impact assessments.
• Experience in integrating marina facilities with high-end resort programming.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred for coastal project approvals.
