Job Description

Design and analyze structural systems for high-rise mixed-use developments. Conduct load calculations, select appropriate construction materials, and ensure designs meet safety and building code requirements. Work closely with architects and MEP engineers to integrate structural solutions seamlessly. Provide technical oversight during construction to resolve on-site issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years in structural design for tall buildings
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, and related software
• Strong understanding of seismic design principles

Language Requirements

• Fluent English
• Mandarin useful for local contractor communication
