Job Description

Integrate IoT-based systems into resort environments, including smart lighting, HVAC zoning, keyless access, occupancy sensing, and guest experience personalization. Ensure interoperability between systems while preserving architectural aesthetics and guest privacy.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Smart Building Technology.
• 5+ years in designing or integrating smart systems in hospitality projects.
• Knowledge of KNX, BACnet, or other smart building protocols.
• Experience with integrated guest control systems (e.g., Crestron, Lutron, Control4).
• Familiar with cybersecurity standards for guest data protection.
• Passion for tech-enabled luxury experiences.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Technical Mandarin terminology is a strong advantage for vendor coordination.
