Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field
• 8+ years QS experience in high-end projects
• Proficiency in cost management software and Excel modeling
• Strong negotiation skills with contractors and suppliers

Language Requirements

• Fluent English
• Mandarin required
