Job Description

Lead the design and coordination of interior spaces for 5-star resorts, ensuring each element aligns with brand identity and guest expectations. Oversee concept development, spatial planning, and detailed design documentation. Work closely with FF&E teams, lighting designers, and contractors to ensure execution meets design intent. Travel to project sites for quality reviews and client presentations.

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in Interior Architecture or Architecture
• 8+ years experience in luxury hospitality projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Language Requirements

• Fluent English
• Mandarin preferred
