Job Description

Develop large-scale resort masterplans incorporating architectural, landscape, and infrastructure elements. Ensure designs maximize site potential, respect environmental constraints, and deliver a cohesive guest experience. Coordinate with planners, engineers, and marketing teams to align project goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Urban Planning, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture
• 7+ years in large-scale masterplanning, preferably for hospitality
• Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization tools

Language Requirements

• Fluent English
• Mandarin beneficial
