Study guest behavior and preferences to inform the design of resort spaces, amenities, and service touchpoints. Develop experience maps, service blueprints, and design concepts that enhance comfort, aesthetics, and cultural resonance. Coordinate with interior designers, chefs, and wellness consultants to create holistic guest journeys.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality Design, Service Design, or related field
• 5+ years in luxury hospitality or experience design
• Strong research, data analysis, and creative problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wellness, F&B, and cultural tourism trends

Language Requirements

• Fluent English
• Mandarin beneficial
