Map user touchpoints, identify stress points, and propose design interventions that improve efficiency, comfort, and brand perception. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to align operational and design priorities.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Service Design, UX Design, or Aviation Management
  • 5+ years in passenger experience design or similar roles
  • Strong research and prototyping skills
  • Familiarity with aviation technology trends and human factors design

Language Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • Mandarin beneficial
