Job Description
Design conceptual passenger journeys for future airports, from check-in to boarding. Map user touchpoints, identify stress points, and propose design interventions that improve efficiency, comfort, and brand perception. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to align operational and design priorities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Service Design, UX Design, or Aviation Management
- 5+ years in passenger experience design or similar roles
- Strong research and prototyping skills
- Familiarity with aviation technology trends and human factors design
Language Requirements
- Fluent English
- Mandarin beneficial
