Job Description

Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems design for large-scale developments, ensuring integration with architectural and structural elements. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical issues. Conduct clash detection and manage BIM models to prevent construction conflicts.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 6+ years MEP coordination experience in complex projects
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and BIM collaboration tools
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Language Requirements

• Fluent English
• Mandarin preferred
