Job Description

Lead the concept and detailed design stages for world-class 5-star resorts, ensuring that the project’s architectural vision aligns with luxury hospitality standards and brand identity. Collaborate with interior designers, landscape architects, and engineers to create cohesive and functional designs. Present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and maintaining a balance between creativity and practicality. Oversee technical documentation and coordinate with contractors during construction to ensure design quality is achieved on site.

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in Architecture
• 8+ years in luxury hospitality design, with at least 3 completed resort projects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization software
• Leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary design teams

Language Requirements

• Fluent English (business level)
• Mandarin beneficial for local coordination
