Job Description

Perform wind tunnel studies and CFD simulations to ensure pedestrian comfort and structural resilience in high-rise developments. Work closely with architects to optimize tower orientation and podium massing.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.
  • 5+ years in wind analysis for tall buildings.
  • Skilled in CFD software (ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM).
  • Understanding of international wind comfort criteria (e.g., Lawson, Davenport).

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Mandarin proficiency is useful for lab collaboration.
