Oversee coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in complex high-rise developments. Manage clashes between trades using BIM tools, ensure compliance with codes, and liaise with contractors to maintain construction schedules.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• 7+ years in MEP coordination for large-scale projects
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and coordination workflows
• Strong problem-solving and team communication skills

• Fluent English
• Mandarin mandatory
