Job Description

Provide expertise on the integration of complex façade systems with high-rise structural systems. Evaluate performance requirements (thermal, acoustic, structural) and coordinate with international façade consultants. Contribute to early-stage design optimization for signature towers and mixed-use skyscrapers.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Structural Engineering or Façade Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience with high-rise or supertall façade systems.
• Proficiency in Rhino/Grasshopper, Karamba, and structural simulation tools.
• Familiarity with curtain wall systems, unitized façades, and kinetic skins.
• Understanding of building movement, expansion joints, and firestopping strategies.
• Experience working on LEED/GreenMark-certified towers is a plus.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English (technical and written).
• Chinese proficiency is helpful for coordination with local fabricators.
