Job Requirements

• Degree in Interior Architecture, Material Science, or Industrial Design.
• 5+ years in material sourcing for luxury hospitality or bespoke projects.
• Extensive knowledge of global suppliers and artisanal craftsmanship.
• Understanding of material performance in coastal and tropical environments.
• Ability to negotiate with vendors and verify sustainability certifications.
• Passion for storytelling through material choices.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Mandarin proficiency is valuable for sourcing in China.
