Job Description

Lead the architectural design process for high-end resort projects from concept to detailed design. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including interior designers, landscape architects, and engineers to ensure the resort’s aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. Manage client communication, design reviews, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Innovate sustainable design solutions tailored to luxury hospitality standards and local regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of experience in luxury resort design.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and 3D visualization tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Language Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Russian preferred.
