Job Description

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects. Manage budgets, schedules, and project risks while leading cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors. Serve as the primary liaison with clients and regulatory bodies. Facilitate project meetings and reporting to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Implement process improvements to optimize project outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• 7+ years managing large residential projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.

Language Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Russian required.
