Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for residential construction projects. Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs and collaborate with project managers to track budgets and control expenses through all project phases.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years cost estimating experience
• Familiarity with Russian construction cost databases and software

Language Requirements

• Fluent English
• Russian mandatory
