Job Description

Manage BIM workflows for residential developments. Coordinate between architectural, structural and MEP teams to ensure model accuracy, clash detection and data integration. Train staff on BIM standards and manage BIM-related documentation.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years BIM coordination experience
• Proficient with Revit, Navisworks and BIM360

Language Requirements

• Fluent English
• Russian preferred
