Job Description

Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies on passenger behavior, comfort, and service expectations. Develop evidence-based recommendations for terminal layouts, amenities, and wayfinding systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Human Factors, Service Design, or Sociology.
  • 4+ years in user research for transport or hospitality environments.
  • Skilled in surveys, observational studies, and focus group facilitation.
  • Ability to translate findings into actionable design guidelines.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Russian advantageous for passenger surveys.
