Susdev Group Company Limited traces its origins back to 2017, when it was first established as Armania Dien Khanh Luxury Spa & Resort, a member of Mereville Group. In 2019, the company underwent a strategic merger with PSSN Corporation and was subsequently renamed Kien Gia Development and Investment Corporation, marking a new phase of development and business expansion. In 2023, the company officially rebranded as Susdev Group Company Limited, a name that has been retained to the present day, reflecting its long-term vision and commitment to sustainable development. With a foundation in financial services the company quickly transitioned into the field of architectural design. In 2021 the headquarters were relocated to Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam marking a significant milestone in the company’s evolution. Since then Susdev has expanded its presence to other countries with a growing network of international branches.

SusAir concentrates on the research development and architectural design of airport and aviation infrastructure projects. By integrating global best practices and innovative technologies SusAir delivers solutions that enhance functionality safety and user experience.
