Inspired by the spirit of wabi‑sabi and the elegance of chanoyu (the tea ceremony), every experience is guided by harmony, respect, purity, and tranquility. Within a minimalist, light-filled setting, guests are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and savor tea at its most refined, calm, precise, and profoundly soothing.

Dining Concept
Our philosophy honors purity of ingredients, precision of technique, and presence of mind. We source premium Japanese teas from ceremonial matcha to shaded gyokuro and fragrant hojicha and prepare them with mindful rituals that reveal clarity, texture, and umami sweetness. Each service is intentionally paced: water temperature, vessel, and pour are calibrated to bring out the tea’s quiet depth. Paired with seasonal wagashi and gentle hospitality, Kiyora offers a meditative journey through Japan’s tea heritage.
