Construction Division

Susdev Group Company Limited leads Vertel’s construction and infrastructure development efforts, specializing in the planning and design of large-scale urban and transport projects. Headquartered in Astana, Susdev focuses primarily on the Kazakhstan and Chinese markets with ambitions to scale further across international frontiers.

Susdev is structured into three core units. Susdev Land concentrates on the design of residential complexes and office towers with a modern architectural language. Susdev Pearl focuses on premium hospitality projects including luxury hotels and resort developments that blend aesthetics with cultural context. SusAir is dedicated to airport and aviation infrastructure design, playing a key role in shaping regional mobility and connectivity.

Entertainment Division

DreamForge Entertainment is Vertel’s creative and digital content division, driving innovation in the entertainment industry through gaming and storytelling. The division focuses on creating immersive experiences that resonate with both regional and global audiences.

DreamForge oversees two key companies. Zenova Interactive, based in Moscow, is a game publishing company specializing in narrative-driven games and interactive media. It combines gameplay innovation with strong artistic direction to appeal to diverse markets. In Vietnam, Scarllet Noa LLC focuses on the publication and distribution of original comics and serialized visual content, nurturing local talent and reaching young, digitally connected readers.

Finance Division

RegCO Finance Vietnam Company Limited represents Vertel’s ambitions in financial services. Headquartered in Hanoi, RegCO aims to provide inclusive and efficient financial solutions tailored to Vietnam’s evolving economy. The company previously focused on consumer lending and business financing and is now preparing for a strategic relaunch in August 2027.

During its restructuring phase, RegCO is reimagining its model with an emphasis on digital transformation, regulatory alignment and sustainable impact. Its renewed mission will center on enabling financial access, empowering small businesses and contributing to the long-term financial health of Vietnamese communities.
